My debut children's book, "Penelope and the Power of Positivity," tells the inspiring story of an 8-year-old girl from the Bronx with dreams of becoming a doctor. She faces challenges from her two best friends, Fear and Self-Doubt, who doubt the enormity of her dreams. Through Penelope's journey, children will learn the power of transforming negative thoughts into positive ones, fostering a growth mindset that believes in the potential for skill development over time.

As a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, I've faced my share of challenges and self-doubt during my medical training. It was through this journey that I discovered the transformative power of a growth mindset, a lesson I am passionate about sharing with my own children and yours.
